Why this why now?

This blog is with the intent of keeping record of changes that I intend to  make in my life.  This will serve as a tool of accountability for me and hopefully as a form of inspiration for others.  So I start off today and I ask myself why this why now?  I am 32 about to turn 33 and while I have always been a positive, happy, active, adventurous woman, one thing that I have many times (if not always) lacked is self confidence.  I wasn’t always overweight, I have struggled with my self image most of my life however I’ve realized even though I was content with my body image I was never really happy with it.  Now my weight has unfortunately turned into a burden, I don’t have a major illness but I know that if I don’t take care of myself I soon will.  I have began to have trouble tying my shoe laces, the buttons on my pants and shirts have been literally been popping off due to overstretching and in regards to health, my blood pressure has recently been in the pre-hypertension levels which is not good.  On this note I begin this change today because I know I need help while on this journey.  I hope you all will enjoy this journey with me while I embark on this new path. I am new to blogging so if you have any suggestions, questions or comments please feel free to write and let me know what is on your mind.  To all you out there reading this… thank you in advance for your support!

    I am so proud of you for this :) And I thank you for having faith in me to share this. Can you do one thing? I know this sounds strange, but can you drink one glass of milk a day (even if you use chocolate powder to give it flavor :)) I just want you to for your health and vitamin D as an antioxidant, calcium to prevent osteoporosis. Have you tried juicing?

  2. Thanks for reading it! its taken me a bit to get on track again mostly do to different ideas of what I should call the blog. And other people's suggestions for many other things. I decided however I need to just keep up with it an go! so I once again thanks for reading and I will be updating soon! PS. I am actually going to start juicing this week to detox. I'm excited about that!
