Measurement Progress

I will be taking measurements of my arms, thighs, torso, etc and see how those change with the progression of my journey.

Arm

Weight

I began to weigh myself pretty much on a daily basis around September of last year.  I know many suggest against doing so however I think this helped me realize that weight fluctuations are very common even on a day to day basis.  Regardless this is what I have from last year so you can start to see how I intend to keep track of my progress.
